General Pricing
All prices listed on NGCAD.org are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once a course is purchased, the price is locked for that user.
We reserve the right to offer seasonal discounts or promotional codes which may vary by user group.
Payment Security
NGCAD does not store your card details. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted SSL payment gateways regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
Course Access & DeliveryUpon successful payment, access to the Learning Management System (LMS) is typically granted within 2 to 24 hours after payment verification.
Users will receive a confirmation email with login credentials to their registered email address.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Refund:
Available if a refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the user has not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

Partial Refund:
If a request is made within 7 days but the user has accessed content, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted.

No Refund:
No refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase or if the course has been fully completed/certificate issued.

To request a refund, please email support@ngcad.org with your Transaction ID and reason for withdrawal. Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, CAD files, and videos are the property of Next Gen CAD Academy.
Sharing login credentials or distributing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination without a refund.
